Pack Your Equipment
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all bolts, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
