Crafted with a J-hook-style mounting system that will enable you to install the attachment to your rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and rotating down. The curl station is made from durable steel and features a thick padded cushion that will provide the comfort needed for an intense workout session. You can use dumbbells, barbells, and EZ Curl Bars to isolate your biceps.
