The X-3 Series Y-Dip from Titan Fitness® will transform your X-3 Series Power Rack into a fully adjustable dip station. Featuring a quick-change pin mounting system that allows you to install the Y Dip Bar to your Rack within seconds. The two 48 mm grip handles can hold up to 550-pounds and are set at an angle to allow for grip options from 20 to 25.5-inches wide.

NOTE: If your rack is not bolted or secured to the ground, you must use the Titan X-3 Series Y Dip on the inside of the rack
