These adjustable steel weight releaser hooks make it easy to add a challenging negative to your lifts. Load them with Olympic plates, set your height from 20" to 35", and clip them onto your bar. As you hit the bottom of your rep, the hooks drop away—so you're only lifting the bar weight on the way up. Great for building power, speed, and explosiveness.

Upgrade your setup with our add-on extensions, expanding your adjustable height range from 35" to 51". Ideal for taller athletes, deeper squats, or racks that need extra clearance. Just swap out the short extensions and install the taller hooks.
